My name is Natasha and I am a yoga teacher.


I first started Yoga quite a few years ago and fell in love with the practice. I was going through a very difficult time in my personal life and felt I needed some form of exercise that combined mindfulness and meditation. From my first time on my mat I felt a sense of healing taking place from within, giving me space in my mind for peace and serenity. I found a sense of freedom and strength within myself which I didn't realise I had. With the postures I felt an opening of my heart and spirit leading me to transform, heal, and grow.


I embarked on a teaching training course in Goa, India which deepened my own practice, gave me an insight to yoga philosophy and also I came away from that experience as a qualified 200 hour Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow teacher, accredited by Yoga Alliance.


I am also a qualified Les Mills Body Balance Teacher which is a class to music which the principles of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates are combined.

It is a gift today, that I have been given the opportunity to teach yoga and share my passion.

My mission as a teacher is to help improve flexibility, core strength, energise, rejuvenate, to help deal with everyday challenges and stresses of life to quieten the mind and give inner peace.


All levels welcome, small classes to give a personal touch
